All RED One purchases are done online at www.red.com. As At this time, RED has fulfilled all backorders, so your camera will be shipped immediately and will require a 10% deposit with order. Simply click the Store link at the top of the front page and fill your cart! Deposits can be made with a credit card or by bank wire. All deposits are 100% refundable.

Upon ordering on the RED.com website, the customer will be contacted by a BOMB SQUAD representative within 1-2 business days, inquiring if they have any need for assistance compiling a package. Product guidance will be provided and a proforma invoice will be sent with shipping charges and balance due for the total order. Once payment is received and posted at RED, RED will ship the package within 3-5 business days.

The RED community is growing with every day and one's best opportunity is to contact an owner in your area. The RED phenomenon is a true village and there isn't a single RED user that wouldn't love to show off his acquisition and share his experience. The best way to meet fellow RED owners is through Reduser.net, the virtual RED community. In addition, RED attends the annual NAB show in Las Vegas and IBC in Amsterdam, as well as touring with Apple for international roadshow events.

If you are a resident of Southern California or are here on business or pleasure, stop into our facility in Lake Forest, where we have set up the RED Store. In the RED Store, you are able to touch and try the RED ONE and its accessories, in addition to purchasing all available, non-backordered components. And don't leave without getting a world famous RED T-Shirt!

There is only one RED, and it is located in Lake Forest, California. Using a direct online sale model, RED is able to keep costs down and provide the best experience and quality at the lowest price.

At this time, all RED product is available direct from the manufacturer. We have no plans at this time to create a dealer network. This, in an effort to keep the cost to the end user at the absolute minimum.

Although original buyers were limited to 5 cameras, there is no longer a limit to the number of RED Ones that one can reserve.

The $2500 accessory credit was provided to the first 1500 reservation holders exclusively, those who ordered their cameras at a time when the RED One was to have a built in LCD. When it was decided to make the LCD removable and not an integral part of the camera, and at additional cost, the early adopters were allowed the additional credit, to be used towards accessories, such as LCDs and EVFs.

Deposits may be made either with a credit card or by bank wire. Final payment may be made with a bank wire, Cashier's Check, Money Order or a check drawn from a U.S. bank. Credit Card payments may be made with a maximum limit of $7500.

All deposits are 100% refundable.

Payments may be made at any time and any increment prior to delivery, but all payments must be made before taking possession of the camera and accessories. There is no provision for credit and making payments over time after receiving the camera.

RED is able to work with your leasing company, but does not offer an internal leasing program.
