RED TRADE-IN PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. RED is offering a Promotion that allows you to trade-in an eligible RED camera for credit towards the purchase of a new eligible RED camera (“Trade-in Promotion”). In addition to the terms below, you have reviewed and agree to the terms and conditions contained in RED's Terms and Conditions of Sale ( https://www.red.com/terms-and-conditions ).


2. Subject to RED’s approval, the Trade-In Promotion allows a customer to receive credit towards the purchase of the an eligible RED camera.


3. To receive trade-in credit, your trade-in camera must be returned within 10 days of the new camera pack purchase and must be in functional, good working order.
A. If your trade-in camera is returned after 10 days, no credit will be issued.
B. If your eligible trade-in camera is found to be nonfunctional or not in good working order, RED may only provide partial or no credit.


4. You represent and warrant that you are the owner of the trade-in camera and convey all title to RED upon sending in the camera for the Trade-in Promotion. You also represent and warrant that you have erased all content on the trade-in camera and that the trade-in camera does not contain any footage, identifying information or personal information.


5. You may not trade, sell convey or otherwise transfer ownership of your new camera for a period of ninety (90) days after delivery. This limitation must be strictly observed. If you fail to abide by these terms, RED may charge you the full price of the new camera without credit for your trade-in camera, minus $1. You agree that this paragraph is reasonable and agree to abide by it. You also agree to pay all costs related to enforcement of this term, including attorney's fees, court costs, and collection costs.


6. RED cameras require software and firmware to operate. You have reviewed and agree to the terms and conditions contained in the RED Camera/Module Software License Agreement (https://www.red.com/legal/license-agreements) and the RED Firmware Licensing Agreement(https://www.red.com/legal/license-agreements/firmware-license-agreement).


7. YOU SPECIFICALLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE PURCHASING AND TAKING POSSESSION OF YOUR NEW CAMERA AND TRADING IN YOUR ELIGIBLE CAMERA SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS.
