Installation Instructions for REDROCKET Installer
- Read all instructions contained in the REDROCKET Installation Instructions before proceeding with the installation of your REDROCKET.
- Follow the hardware installation instructions to properly install your REDROCKET in your computer.
- Follow the driver installation instructions to setup your REDROCKET.
NOTE: On Mac OS X the driver must be installed before upgrading the firmware, otherwise firmware upgrade will fail.
Supported Operating Systems
- Mac OS X 10.5 or later
- Windows XP SP2 or later
Hardware Requirements
- PCI-e x16 physical slot providing at least 8 lanes (x8)
- 2048 MB RAM
Software Requirements
- The REDROCKET board needs the REDROCKET driver. The drivers are available for download at www.red.com/support.
- REDCINE-X PRO is available on www.red.com/support.
- Please contact third party software vendors about availability of REDROCKET enabled software.
