RED recently celebrated the Grand Opening of our flagship store in the heart of New York City's SoHo neighborhood. Located at 125 Grand Street, RED's new building highlights its 150-year history with pieces of its original construction, including two perfect cast iron support arches and red brick facade.

Stocked with RED's full arsenal of products, visitors are able to make purchases, pick up will-call items, and gain experience with our various camera systems through on-site demonstrations. Current owners can also drop off their equipment for simple repairs and service. Heavy-duty repairs, sensor upgrades, or Return Merchandise Authorizations will be shipped directly to our repair facility in Irvine—saving our customers the shipping costs. Customers on the West Coast can visit the RED Store—located at RED Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles—for a similar hands-on experience with RED cameras, accessories, and workflow.
