RED is proud to announce that Shot on RED movies garnered 16 Oscar nominations today. 2010 was an exciting year for RED and congratulations go out to all of the nominees! The RED Team is thankful for the amazing support from the industry and from the pioneers that have championed this new technology with such extraordinary resolve. Their success speaks highly of their skill, their talent and their willingness to push all boundaries. It's definitely exciting times!

The Social Network received 8 nominations, including Best Picture, Jeff Cronenweth for Best Cinematography, Kirk Baxter and Angus Wall for Best Film Editing, Jesse Eisenberg for Best Actor in a Leading Role, David Fincher for Best Director, Aaron Sorkin for Best Adapted Screenplay, Mark Weingarten for Best Sound Mixing and Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross for Best Original Score.

Winter's Bone received 4 Oscar nominations, including Best Picture, Jennifer Lawrence for Best Actress in a Leading Role, John Hawkes for Best Actor in a Supporting Role and Debra Granik and Anne Rosselini for Best Adapted Screenplay.

Best Actress in a Leading Role nominations were given to Nicole Kidman in Rabbit Hole and Michelle Williams in Blue Valentine, while In a Better World received the Best Foreign Film nomination and Inside Job received the nomination for Best Documentary.
